Remote Support with TeamViewer
If you have a problem with your PC or laptop TeamViewer allows LAWRENCE Solutions
to connect to it and view and operate your computer as though sitting in front of it, with you.

How do you access this service?
- Please download the TeamViewer App (below) to your computer.
- Open the file and accept the Windows message.
- An 'app' is installed on your desktop with a double arrow logo (as above).
- You will see the App window (below).
When you need support:
- Phone LAWRENCE Solutions to let us know what the issue is.
- Click on the 'app'.
- When you see that LAWRENCE Solutions is trying to connect allow this.
1 Click on the 'App'.
2 Allow LAWRENCE Solutions
to connect.
3 A small TeamViewer window appears. You can disconnect the session by closing this small window.
